  • 1 lb ground beef Seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 cups frozen tater tots For topping
  • 2 cups shredded cheese Divided, use half for the mixture and half for topping
  • 1 cup green beans Optional, can be substituted with other vegetables

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, season with salt and pepper, then drain excess grease.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, green beans, cream of chicken soup, and half of the cheese. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking casserole dish.
  • Spread the tater tots evenly over the top of the casserole.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the tater tots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your cozy meal!
