Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 200 g cooked chicken Diced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For cooking chicken
  • 2 tbsp buffalo sauce For tossing cooked chicken

For the Flatbread

  • 4 pieces flatbreads Naan can also be used
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella 100 g per flatbread
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese or ranch dressing For drizzling
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions For garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven

  • Set oven to 400F and place a baking sheet inside to preheat.

Cook Chicken

  • Season diced chicken with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Heat olive oil over medium-high heat, cook chicken for 7–10 minutes until golden and no longer pink.

Toss Chicken

  • Remove skillet from heat and stir in buffalo sauce until chicken is well coated.

Prepare Flatbreads

  • Place flatbreads on the preheated baking sheet, brush with a thin layer of remaining buffalo sauce.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on each flatbread and top with buffalo chicken.

Bake Flatbreads

  • Bake flatbreads for 10–13 minutes, until edges are golden and cheese is melted.

Finish and Serve

  • Drizzle with blue cheese or ranch dressing, sprinkle with sliced green onions, and slice into wedges to serve.

Notes

Leftovers store well in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350F for 6–8 minutes on a baking sheet to restore crispness.
