High Protein Crack Dip

Ingredients
  

For the dip base

  • 240 g Greek yogurt Can use low-fat or full-fat for different textures.
  • 10 g ranch seasoning

Mix-ins

  • 100 g shredded cheddar Use reduced-fat cheddar for lighter version.
  • 40 g bacon Cooked and crumbled, reserve some for topping.
  • 30 g chopped green onions Reserve some for topping.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  • In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning, stir vigorously for 30 seconds.
  • Fold in shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.

Chilling

  • Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 60 minutes, ideally between 4 to 24 hours.

Serving

  • Stir the dip briefly, top with reserved bacon and onions, and let sit for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 1 month. Stir in a splash of lemon juice or milk to refresh the texture.
