  • 100 g egg whites sauté until set
  • 90 g grilled chicken should be cooked to 74°C (165°F)
  • 30 g turkey bacon crisped up

Toppings

  • 30 g low-fat cheese
  • 80 g cherry tomatoes halved
  • 15 mL chalua or vinaigrette for drizzling
  • 10 g chopped herbs for garnish
  • 10 g seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat quinoa or mixed greens to create a warm base or crisp greens.
  • Sauté egg whites until set, grill chicken, and crisp turkey bacon.

Assembly

  • Place your base in a bowl.
  • Top with proteins, cheese, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  • Drizzle with chalua or vinaigrette for flavor.
  • Garnish with chopped herbs and seeds.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Separate dressing and toppings to maintain texture.
