  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Orange Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 3 tablespoons Orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce Use tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together orange zest, orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Once the cauliflower is done, drizzle the orange sauce over it and toss to coat.

Serving

  • Serve warm as a main dish or as part of a snack/appetizer spread.

Notes
