Main Ingredients

  • 900 g baby potatoes, quartered
  • 350 g smoked sausage, sliced
  • 120 g ranch dressing
  • 60 mL milk
  • 200 g shredded cheddar cheese

Spices

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the quartered baby potatoes, sliced sausage, ranch dressing, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.

Baking

  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil, stir the mixture, and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Continue baking, uncovered, for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Use slightly smaller potatoes for faster cooking and better crisp. Let the dish rest for 5 minutes after baking for cleaner slices. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat at 175°C for 10-12 minutes.
