1/2 cup natural nut butter (like almond or peanut butter)

1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup honey or agave syrup

Optional: mini dark chocolate chips, chia seeds, crushed nuts

Instructions

1. Mix cereal, protein powder, and optional add-ins in a large bowl.

2. Warm nut butter and honey in a saucepan or microwave until easily stirred.

3. Pour the warm mixture into the bowl and stir to coat evenly.

4. Line a small baking dish with parchment and press mixture firmly into it.

5. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour, then cut into bars or squares.

6. Store in the fridge up to 1 week, or freeze for longer.
