A light and airy dessert that combines flavored gelatin with whipped topping for a cloudlike texture, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz) box strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup very cold water
  • 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed and cold
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced and patted dry

Instructions

  1. Whisk gelatin with boiling water for 2 minutes until clear.
  2. Add cold water and whisk for 15 seconds to cool.
  3. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until it thickens slightly (soft gel stage).
  4. Gently fold in Cool Whip in three additions.
  5. Fold in sliced strawberries gently.
  6. Spoon mixture into cups and chill for 60-120 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill your mixing bowl and utensils before starting. Ensure fruit is dry to avoid it sinking.
