Whipped hot chocolate is a creamy, cloud-like twist on traditional hot cocoa, perfect for cold days.

Ingredients

  • 240 g cold whipping cream
  • 50 g hot chocolate mix
  • 20 g powdered sugar
  • 480 ml milk
  • Chocolate shavings or marshmallows (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large cold bowl, add cold whipping cream, hot chocolate mix, and powdered sugar and combine.
  2. Beat on high speed with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  3. In the microwave, heat the milk until steaming hot.
  4. Pour warm milk into each glass.
  5. Pipe the whipped mixture over the milk and add desired toppings like chocolate shavings or marshmallows.
  6. For iced whipped chocolate, fill two glasses with ice, pour in cold milk, and pipe the whipped cream on top.

Notes

For a vegan version, use coconut cream and plant-based milk. Add peppermint extract or cinnamon for flavor variations.
