An irresistible and creamy party appetizer featuring a blend of chicken, cream cheese, and cheese served hot.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (1-oz) package ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16-oz) container sour cream
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chopped cooked chicken until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Notes

Using lean cooked chicken helps balance the higher fat content of the dip. Soften cream cheese to room temperature for smoother mixing.
