A quick and easy Tuna Melt Wrap featuring creamy tuna, melted cheese, and fresh veggies wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla or wrap
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)
  • Tomato slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, diced celery, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay the tortilla flat and place lettuce leaves and tomato slices if using.
  3. Add the tuna mixture on top of the lettuce.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the tuna mixture.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends as you go, to form a wrap.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure the tuna is well-drained to avoid a soggy wrap. Customize with different cheeses or extra vegetables as preferred.
