Crispy oven-baked chicken wings coated in a sweet and spicy glaze, perfect for game day or a quick dinner.

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Toss the chicken wings in the sauce until fully coated.
  4. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced out for air circulation.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Using room-temperature wings helps ensure even cooking. Pat them dry to achieve a crispier skin.
