Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sliders are the ultimate game day snack, combining shredded chicken, Frank’s hot buffalo sauce, melted cheddar, and buttery garlic-brushed buns.

Ingredients

  • Fluffy slider buns
  • 400 g shredded chicken (cooked)
  • 120 g Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
  • 150 g sliced or shredded cheddar cheese
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the buffalo chicken mixture on the buns, then add a layer of cheddar cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on top of the chicken and cheese.
  6. Melt some butter and mix in garlic powder, then brush over the top of the sliders.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Avoid soggy buns by not over-saucing and pre-toasting the buns lightly.
