A quick and flavorful dish combining succulent chicken breasts with aromatic garlic and rich butter, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, add the minced garlic to the skillet and stir to combine.
  5. Once done, remove from heat and let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

For lighter options, substitute olive oil for butter. Use jarred garlic if fresh is unavailable.
