Delicious and fluffy sheet pan pancakes perfect for feeding a crowd with minimal effort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons aluminum-free baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries (or your favorite fruit)
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 425°F and position the oven rack in the middle. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it to avoid sticking.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Create a well in the center to add the wet ingredients later.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: Pour the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla into the dry mixture. Whisk until mostly smooth; some lumps are okay.
  4. Spread Batter: Pour and evenly spread the pancake batter onto the prepared baking sheet. Top with sliced strawberries and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  5. Bake: Place the sheet in the oven and bake for about 12 minutes, or until the pancakes are puffy and golden.
  6. Slice and Serve: Allow the pancakes to cool slightly. Cut into squares and serve warm with your choice of syrup and additional toppings.
