A creamy and savory dip featuring ground sausage, melty cheddar, and spicy Rotel tomatoes, perfect for game days or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sausage (about 454 g)
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies (10 oz, 283 g)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (200 g)
  • 1 can sweet corn, drained (15 oz, 425 g)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (113 g)
  • Tortilla chips for serving (quantity as desired)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. In the same skillet, add the Rotel tomatoes and sweet corn. Stir in the cream cheese until melted and well combined.
  3. Gradually add the cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

Best served within 2 hours of cooking for optimal texture. Leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated gently.
