1 packet sugar-free flavored gelatin (Jell-O)
1 cup boiling water
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or low-fat)
1. Dissolve gelatin packet in 1 cup of boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
2. Let it cool slightly for 10–15 minutes until warm but not hot.
3. Whisk in 1 cup of Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
