A delightful and visually stunning twist on traditional hot chocolate, featuring creamy white chocolate and topped with homemade whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 100 g chopped white chocolate
  • Red food coloring (a few drops)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Optional: Vanilla extract, sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill the jar: Place your mason jar in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  2. Make whipped cream: Pour cold heavy cream, granulated sugar, and optional vanilla into the chilled mason jar.
  3. Shake it up: Screw on the lid tightly and shake vigorously until the cream thickens to a fluffy consistency.
  4. Prepare hot chocolate: In a small saucepan, heat 2 cups of milk over medium heat. Once warm, add chopped white chocolate and stir until dissolved.
  5. Add color: Remove from heat and stir in red food coloring until the desired pink shade is achieved.
  6. Assemble your drink: Pour hot chocolate into cups, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with optional sprinkles. Enjoy!
