A quick and easy peach cobbler using canned peaches. Sweet, warm, and perfect with ice cream!

Ingredients

1 large can sliced peaches in syrup

1 cup self-rising flour

1 cup sugar

1 stick unsalted butter, melted

½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and melt butter in baking dish.

2. Mix flour and sugar in a bowl, stir in syrup from canned peaches.

3. Pour batter over melted butter (do not stir).

4. Spoon peaches evenly on top.

5. Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and bubbling.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

Use canned peaches in heavy syrup for best flavor.

Can be doubled for a 9×13 pan.
