Crispy, golden chicken wings with a nutty Parmesan crust cooked in under 35 minutes, perfect for game day and easy entertaining.

  • 1.0 kg chicken wings, split and tips removed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (30 mL)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder (4 g)
  • 1 tsp salt (5 g)
  • 1 tsp black pepper (2 g)
  • 1 tsp paprika (2 g)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan (100 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add grated Parmesan cheese and toss until wings are evenly coated.
  4. Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra crisp, spray a light mist of oil at 10 minutes. Leftovers store well; refrigerate in an airtight container up to 3 days or freeze up to 2 months.
