Juicy mini cheeseburger sliders with beef, cheddar, and bacon served on soft brioche rolls, perfect for parties.

Ingredients

  • Brioche slider rolls, 12
  • Ground beef, 600 g
  • Mature cheddar, 120 g, sliced
  • Rocket leaves, 30 g
  • Streaky bacon, 6 slices, halved
  • Ketchup, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef with salt and pepper; divide into 12 small patties, pressing slightly.
  2. Grill the bacon for 2-4 minutes on each side, then drain on paper towel.
  3. Preheat grill to medium and cook each patty for 2-3 minutes per side, placing cheese on top to melt during the final minute.
  4. Assemble the burgers and bacon in the slider rolls, finishing with rocket leaves and ketchup.

Notes

Use 80/20 beef for juiciness and pre-slice cheddar for faster melting. For dairy-free, swap cheddar for dairy-free slices.
