A luxurious twist on classic deviled eggs with crispy bacon and a creamy, flavorful filling.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives or green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water, bringing to a boil, and then letting them sit for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Remove the eggs and place them in cold water to cool.
  3. While the eggs cool, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  4. Peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  5. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Stir in the chopped bacon.
  7. Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
  8. Garnish with chopped chives or green onions.
  9. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For a leaner option, use turkey bacon. Substitute vegan mayo for a plant-based version.
