Recreate the beloved Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken at home with this easy recipe that features crispy, cheesy crust over tender chicken.

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, half the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs and milk together until combined.
  4. Place the flour in a third dish.
  5. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, followed by the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer cooked chicken to a baking dish.
  8. In a bowl, mix the remaining Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella, and minced garlic, then top the chicken with this mixture.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C).
