This jello protein fluff recipe is a quick, low-calorie, high-protein dessert that whips up in minutes and satisfies every sweet craving.

Ingredients

1 packet sugar-free jello (any flavor)

1 scoop protein powder (whey or casein)

1/2 cup boiling water

1/2 cup cold water

1 tbsp Greek yogurt or cottage cheese (optional)

Instructions

1. Dissolve the sugar-free jello in 1/2 cup boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.

2. Add 1/2 cup cold water and let cool slightly.

3. Stir in 1 scoop of protein powder and optional Greek yogurt or cottage cheese.

4. Whip using a hand mixer for 4–5 minutes until fluffy.

5. Chill for 30 minutes or serve immediately.

Notes

Use whey isolate for a lighter texture or casein for thickness.

Add frozen berries or sugar-free pudding mix for variety.

Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
