These Mini Skull Meatloaves are the ultimate Halloween dinner idea. Juicy, flavorful, and fun to make, they’re a spooky twist on a classic comfort food that both kids and adults will love.

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef (80/20 blend)

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 large eggs, beaten

1 medium onion, finely diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

Black olives or raisins (for eyes)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Divide mixture into 12 equal portions. Shape into skull-like mounds in muffin cups.

4. Add halved olives or raisins into eye indentations. Carve nasal and mouth details.

5. Bake for 35–45 minutes until internal temp reaches 160°F.

6. Let rest in pan for 10 minutes before serving.

Substitute ground turkey or plant-based alternatives for dietary needs.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for 3 months.
