A quick and flavorful dish featuring salmon fillets coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets, 150 g each, skin-on
  • 3 tbsp honey, 60 g
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced, 6 g
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce, 30 ml
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, 15 ml

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil until combined.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the salmon fillets, skin-side down.
  3. Brush the honey garlic mixture over the salmon.
  4. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, then carefully flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.

Notes

Store cooled glazed salmon in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days, or freeze for up to 1 month.
