A surprisingly delicious, low-calorie, high-protein dessert made with Greek yogurt and flavored gelatin, perfect for post-workout cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet sugar-free flavored gelatin (like Jell-O)
  • ½ cup hot water
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder or collagen

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, pour the packet of sugar-free gelatin and add ½ cup boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Add ¼ cup cold water and let the mixture cool slightly (1–2 minutes).
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt until smooth. Slowly pour in the cooled gelatin while stirring continuously.
  4. Optional: Add your favorite cookies and cream protein powder or collagen.
  5. Pour the mixture into ramekins or a glass dish and chill for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
  6. Serve chilled with berries for extra fiber and sweetness.

Notes

Make sure to let the gelatin cool before combining with yogurt to avoid curdling. Use thick, plain Greek yogurt for best results.
