Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a fast, savory appetizer that combines cheeseburger filling with biscuit dough and a crispy Parmesan finish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dipping sauces of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to biscuit dough package instructions.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with minced garlic until browned.
  3. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual pieces.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit piece and fold over, pinching the edges to seal.
  7. Place the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake according to biscuit dough instructions or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Use 80/20 ground beef for flavor and moisture. Pre-shredded cheese melts quicker but fresh-shredded gives better texture.
