Delicious and energizing no-bake energy balls made from nutritious ingredients, perfect for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 120 g oat flour
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 100 g almond butter
  • 150 g Medjool dates
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 30 ml water
  • A pinch of salt
  • 50 g chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, place the oat flour, walnuts, almond butter, Medjool dates, vanilla extract, water, and salt.
  2. Pulse the mixture until it sticks together when pinched.
  3. If the mixture is too crumbly, add more water one teaspoon at a time until it reaches the right consistency.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and mix in chocolate chips or your favorite add-ins.
  5. Using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop, form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Store extra energy balls in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze them for longer. To thaw, leave them at room temperature until soft.
