Description
This 3 ingredients banana bread is sweet, soft, and incredibly easy. Just bananas, condensed milk, and flour—no eggs or mixers needed!
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup self-rising flour
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until mostly smooth.
3. Stir in the condensed milk until fully combined.
4. Gently fold in self-rising flour just until no streaks remain.
5. Pour batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
6. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Cool before slicing and enjoy!
Notes
Use overripe bananas for best flavor and moisture.
Substitute oat flour for gluten-free version.
Optional: Add cinnamon or chocolate chips for variety.
