Deliciously soft and chewy cookies topped with a sweet Hershey’s Kiss, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Hershey’s Kisses (about 36 pieces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  7. Immediately after removing from the oven, press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. Freeze unbaked dough balls for up to three months.
