  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Your favorite sauce ingredients (e.g., soy sauce, honey, cornstarch)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables by tossing chopped bell peppers and broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Transfer the vegetable mixture to the air fryer basket, spreading them evenly.
  3. Pat dry the salmon fillets and rub with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Lay the salmon fillets on top of the vegetables in the air fryer basket.
  5. In a small saucepan, whisk together sauce ingredients and heat over medium until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Pour half of the sauce over the salmon and vegetables, then air fry at 390°F (199°C) for 13-15 minutes, stirring vegetables halfway.
  7. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the salmon and vegetables, garnish with sesame seeds and chives, and serve hot.
