Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or maple syrup/agave nectar)
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk the milk and vanilla extract in a large saucepan until smooth.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring consistently.
  3. Remove from heat, add sugar and dark chocolate chips, and stir until completely melted.

Notes
