  • 4 cups shredded cheese (e.g., sharp cheddar, fontina)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 30 g melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Various toppings (e.g., crispy bacon, green onions)

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine the cooked macaroni, shredded cheese, milk, heavy cream, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir well to combine.
  4. Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted and creamy.
