Bite-sized cheesecake dessert filled with white chocolate and fresh strawberries, perfect for parties.

Ingredients

  • 150 g graham cracker crumbs
  • 45 g melted unsalted butter
  • 170 g white chocolate chips
  • 450 g softened cream cheese
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 120 g finely chopped fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into mini muffin cups to form the crust.
  2. Melt white chocolate in the microwave until smooth, then let cool.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold cooled white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  6. Gently fold whipped cream into the cheese mixture.
  7. Fold in finely chopped strawberries.
  8. Spoon filling over chilled crusts and smooth the top.
  9. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, preferably overnight.
  10. Remove from molds and garnish with a strawberry slice or drizzle.

Notes

For variations, try using dark chocolate for a richer flavor or substitute for a vegan version with coconut cream.
