Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip

A classic warm dip made with spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, and melting cheeses, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • 14 ounces canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté minced garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil for about 30 seconds, then add fresh spinach. Cook until wilted, approximately 3 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Fold in sautéed spinach, chopped artichokes, and cheeses.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Dry your spinach well to prevent a watery dip. You can make it ahead and assemble up to 24 hours in advance.
