A delicious, nutritious cottage cheese smoothie that offers a protein burst with every sip.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 Tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Add 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, and 1 tablespoon honey into the blender.
  2. Start blending on low speed, gradually increasing to high. Blend until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
  3. Check the consistency; if too thin, add a handful of ice cubes. If too thick, pour in more almond milk.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass. Optionally, top with fresh raspberries or a sprinkle of nuts for added texture.

Notes
