A clean and fluffy strawberry jello dessert with 150g of protein. Creamy, sweet, and macro-balanced for post-workout or guilt-free snacking.
2 boxes sugar-free strawberry gelatin
1.5 cups boiling water
1.5 cups ice water
2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
4 scoops unflavored or vanilla whey isolate
Optional: sweetener or freeze-dried strawberries
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then stir in ice water.
2. Chill until the mixture is semi-set (30–40 min).
3. Mix Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth.
4. Whip jello into yogurt mixture until fluffy.
5. Pour into dish and chill 2–3 hours until set.
6. Top with fruit or enjoy as-is!
Use unflavored whey isolate for a neutral base.
Don’t over-chill the jello before mixing.
Add extra protein or swap yogurt types as needed.
