A rich and creamy blend of spicy chorizo, tangy tomatoes, and melty cheeses, perfect for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces bulk chorizo sausage
  • 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 (8-ounce) package processed cheese, cubed

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook and stir chorizo in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Drain well and transfer to a slow cooker.
  4. Add diced tomatoes with chiles, cream cheese, and processed cheese to the slow cooker.
  5. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  6. Cover and cook on Low until cheese has melted, stirring occasionally, about 90 to 120 minutes.

Notes

Serve warm with tortilla chips, veggies, or bread. Experiment with spice levels or cheese varieties to suit your taste.
