Quick and elegant dessert featuring fresh strawberries dipped in melted chocolate for a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Dark chocolate, for dipping
  • White chocolate, for drizzle (optional)
  • Coconut oil, for drizzle (optional)
  • Pink food coloring, for drizzle (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. Dip each strawberry into the melted dark chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  4. Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. To make the light pink drizzle, melt the white chocolate with a bit of coconut oil (if using) and mix in a few drops of pink food coloring.
  6. Drizzle the pink chocolate over the strawberries using a fork or a piping bag.
  7. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.

Notes

Use a thermometer to ensure chocolate is at the right temperature for dipping. Store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
