A delightful fusion of creamy Chicken Alfredo served in crunchy garlic bread bowls, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 6 pieces kaiser rolls
  • 1 jar (about 15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3-4 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken cubes with seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes.
  2. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente; drain well.
  3. Slice tops off kaiser rolls and hollow out centers gently.
  4. Brush insides and edges of bread bowls with a mixture of melted butter and seasoning.
  5. Bake bowls at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes until toasted.
  6. Add drained pasta and Alfredo sauce to chicken; mix well.
  7. Fill toasted bread bowls with chicken Alfredo mixture and top with parmesan.
  8. Return filled bowls to the oven for 4-5 minutes until cheese melts.
  9. Serve hot with garnish as desired.

Notes

You can use whole grain or gluten-free pasta, and for a vegan alternative, substitute chicken with sautéed vegetables and use plant-based Alfredo.
