Cheesy garlic pull-apart bread is the ultimate shareable appetizer, featuring layers of buttery biscuit dough, garlic, and melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (113 g)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (113 g)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (1 g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. In a mixing bowl, toss the biscuit pieces with the garlic butter until well coated.
  5. Layer half of the coated biscuit pieces in a greased bundt pan.
  6. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top, then layer the remaining biscuit pieces.
  7. Top with the remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Tear off pieces and enjoy warm!
