A creamy, crowd-pleasing dip made with shredded chicken, cream cheese, and buffalo sauce, perfect for parties and gatherings.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, and buffalo sauce. Mix ingredients until mostly blended.
  2. Stir until well combined, breaking cream cheese lumps to achieve a mostly smooth base with visible chicken pieces.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until heated through and creamy.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and continue to cook for an additional 30 minutes until melted.
  5. Garnish with green onions before serving.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

For a richer sauce, swap half the buffalo sauce for hot honey. For creamier base, consider pairing with Blackened Chicken Alfredo Sauce.
