Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

Deliciously rich and creamy cheesecake bars with caramel and apple, perfect for fall gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups chopped apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Fold in the chopped apples and cinnamon. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the pan.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce on top of the cheesecake mixture. Swirl it with a knife for marbling if desired.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars and serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
