A spicy, saucy twist on the classic sandwich, featuring ground chicken and Cajun seasoning for a bold weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add diced onion and green bell pepper, sauté until softened (about 4–5 minutes).
  3. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add ground chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until the chicken is fully cooked (6–8 minutes).
  5. Mix in mayonnaise and mustard, stirring until well combined off the heat.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the mixture on hamburger buns and enjoy!
