A creamy and flavorful blend inspired by traditional bruschetta, perfect for gatherings and easily customizable.

Ingredients

  • 6.5 oz Alouette Cheese with herbs (or other soft cheese spread)
  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
  • Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. Spread the Alouette cheese evenly over the center of a large plate, leaving about a 1/4 inch around the edge clean.
  2. Evenly sprinkle and spread the chopped tomatoes over the cheese.
  3. Gently place the chopped fresh basil over the tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth over the entire plate.
  5. Pair with pita chips, crackers, or spread on thinly sliced baguette.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute with a plant-based cheese spread. For a vegan option, use a hummus base.
