Easy and flavorful boneless skinless chicken thighs in air fryer. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside perfect from fresh, frozen, or marinated.

4 boneless skinless chicken thighs

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes.

2. Pat chicken dry and rub with olive oil.

3. Mix all spices and coat chicken thighs evenly.

4. Place in air fryer basket, spaced out.

5. Air fry for 16–18 minutes, flipping halfway.

6. Check internal temp reaches 165°F.

7. Rest 3 minutes before serving.

Notes

For frozen thighs: add 3–5 extra minutes.

For marinated thighs: blot excess marinade to avoid steaming.

Pair with rice bowls or pasta.
