Delicious mini burgers that capture the classic Big Mac flavor in a scaled-down, crowd-pleasing format, perfect for game nights and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns, 12 pieces
  • Ground beef, 900 g (80/20 preferred)
  • American cheese slices, 12 slices
  • Pickles, 60 g sliced
  • Lettuce, 100 g shredded
  • Onion, 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Big Mac sauce: mayo 120 g, ketchup 30 g, mustard 10 g, sweet pickle relish 30 g

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Form into small patties.
  3. Split the slider buns and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Place the cooked beef patties on the buns, topping each with a slice of cheese, pickles, lettuce, and onion.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the Big Mac sauce and spread it on the top halves of the buns.
  6. Place the top halves on the sliders and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to toast the tops.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a tangier flavor, swap American cheese for sharp cheddar. Adjust toppings to suit dietary preferences.
