Ingredients

– 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (30 g)

– ½ cup rolled oats (blended into flour)

– 1 large egg + 1 egg white

– ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain, nonfat)

– ½ tsp baking powder

– ¼ cup milk (dairy or almond)

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– Optional: blueberries, dark chocolate chips, or cinnamon

Instructions

1. Blend oats into fine flour.  

2. In a bowl, mix protein powder, oat flour, and baking powder.  

3. Whisk in egg, egg white, Greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla until thick but pourable.  

4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.  

5. Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake, cook until bubbles form, then flip.  

6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
