This high-protein breakfast bowl offers a powerhouse combo of Greek yogurt, eggs, avocado, and hemp seeds for 35g of complete protein.

Ingredients

2 large eggs (12g protein)

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (15g protein)

2 tbsp hemp seeds (6g protein)

1/4 cup low-sodium cottage cheese (7g protein)

1 slice ezekiel bread (4g protein)

1/2 medium avocado

1 tbsp natural almond butter

1/4 cup fresh berries

1 tsp honey (optional)

Pinch of sea salt and black pepper

Instructions

1. Take out Greek yogurt and cottage cheese to bring to room temp.

2. Fold yogurt, cottage cheese, and hemp seeds together in a bowl.

3. Toast ezekiel bread, then spread almond butter on top.

4. In a skillet, cook 2 eggs on medium-low heat until whites are set.

5. Layer yogurt base in bowl, add eggs, sliced avocado, berries.

6. Drizzle with honey (optional), season with salt and pepper.

7. Serve with almond butter toast on the side.

Notes

Substitute plant-based yogurt and tofu scramble for vegan version.

Use chia seeds instead of hemp if preferred.
